REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. If for any reason you should find a fault with your purchase please email us within 48hrs of your purchase so please check over your purchase at your earliest convienence . Any fault reported after this time frame will not be entered into.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

CONSULTATION FEE

A £20 fee will secure your one hour consultation appointment. This can be used against your purchase in store on the day only. This fee is non refudable .
